If you are a faculty member, student or staff of a CUGH Institutional Member school or organization, please register as "Delegate (Institutional Member)". To check your institution's CUGH membership status, visit . If you have joined CUGH as a single individual, please register as "Delegate (Individual Member)".

If registered as an Individual Member, allow 7 - 10 days for CUGH verification of the status. Registrants in this category who do not have active membership status will be notified by CUGH Membership.

U.S. Government personnel are eligible for the "Delegate (Member)" rate when registering with a ".gov" email address. Please present your valid government employment ID when picking up your registration materials – otherwise the regular registration fee will apply.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations must be sent in writing to .
​A full refund less a US $75.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before January 31, 2018. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after January 31, 2018. It is possible to replace a cancelled participant with another person.


The organizers of the 9th Annual CUGH Conference act as agents only and will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident, and travel insurance.

The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is New York, NY.

The Welcome & Networking Reception will take place after the final session of Friday, March 16, 2018 at the New York Hilton Midtown, and is included in the registration fee for delegates.

The registration and information desk at the New York Hilton Midtown will be open on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, and the following days during official conference hours.

Individuals attending the 2018 CUGH Global Health Conference may be audiotaped, videotaped, or photographed during the course of the event, and by attending grant permission for their likenesses and the content of their comments, if any, to be broadcast, webcast, published, or otherwise reported or recorded.

By registering for the conference, individuals also opt in to receive updates and information about the event and other CUGH activities.
